Grove House Gallery dispatches orders Monday – Friday excluding bank holidays. Standard delivery is by Royal Mail and usually takes between 2 – 4 working days to most areas of the UK.

Providing the order is accepted and no errors have occurred your items, if in stock, will be dispatched the same working day if ordered before 14:00. For the majority of orders the quoted times will be  met, however it is not possible to guarantee any specific delivery times or dates especially if new stock needs to be ordered.

The customer takes full responsibility for making sure the delivery address is correct and that they are able to accept delivery. Any charges for missed delivery, incorrect delivery address or an item being returned to sender (Grove House Gallery) is the full responsibility of the buyer and we reserve the right to keep any shipping costs paid in this situation.

Orders can not currently be sent outside of the UK.
