CUSTOMER SERVICE Cancellations & Returns

If for any reason you wish to return a product bought from Grove House Gallery your statutory rights are not affected. Under the Distance Selling Regulations you are entitled to a full refund for any item including the outbound delivery charge provided you inform us of your wish to return within 14 working days of receipt of the original order.

You can let us know of your wish to return an item by calling us on 01756 753364 or emailing us at fraser.turner1@hotmail.co.uk. The cost of return of the product is the full responsibility of the customer and the product must be returned in the original packaging as it was received, and must also be securely and safely packaged to ensure it arrives back to us undamaged.

For items returned via the post office please ask for proof of postage as we cannot take responsibility for any parcels lost in transit.

Please allow up to 7 working days from the day we receive the returned items to process the refund.
